Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a CFO. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity in the Capital Region. This role reports directly to the CEO and will provide financial leadership and oversight across a portfolio of 40-50 entities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic financial oversight across multiple entities in the Company portfolio.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance activities for all entities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (executive team, operations, etc.) to align financial objectives with business goals.
Collaborate with external partners, including banks, CPA firms, and auditors, to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Guide and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring strong leadership and a collaborative work environment.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting for all entities within the portfolio.



QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. (MBA, CPA Preferred)
Real estate industry experience.
Expertise using Yardi software a plus.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
Proven experience providing financial oversight to multiple entities in a complex environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.



SALARY RANGE

$200-250k
