A company is looking for a Healthcare Claims Support Analyst -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Claim Health Monitor and ERA Monitor for errors and
troubleshoot issues
Manage open issues collaboratively with teams and customers to
achieve resolution
Document customer and payer interactions and provide root cause
analysis on problem tickets
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in healthcare claims and remit operations
(837/835/277/999 transactions)
Prior experience with Salesforce CRM
Prior business to business customer service experience
Strong organizational skills
