Medical Director (Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Hospitalist or Internal Medicine) Post-Acute Care Location: Albany, NY area - Amsterdam, Catskill, Hudson areas Immediate need for a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care in skilled nursing facilities. Position Details:

Flexible Monday Friday schedule
Employed, Permanent position Responsibilities:
- Primary care rounds, chronic disease management, care planning
- Collaborate with facility staff and patients' families
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight Highlights:

    - Must have Medical Director experience.
    - Active/unrestricted New York State license Compensation & Benefits:
      - $215,000 - $242,000 range
