Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility to work full or part-time and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborate with various clinicians to deliver integrated care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
Stay current with best practices and continuing education in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant License (required).
Degree in Physical Therapy/PTA from an accredited program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible caseload.
