This position will focus on treating patients with hematologic malignancies and overseeing the evaluation of treatment for patients with classical hematology conditions, with advanced practitioner support. Our Cancer Institute is growing rapidly as we are expanding our clinical trial portfolio and positioning ourselves to be a destination cancer program in this region.The ideal candidate will be board certified in hematology and have at least 4 years of clinical experience. Leadership opportunity is available for the appropriate candidate. Our Chair of the Cancer Institute, Dr. Adam Boruchov, will be attending the upcoming ASH conference in December, and will be available to meet with candidates. $50,000 Sign on bonus/retention package plus relocation allowance is available for full-time candidates.Danbury Hospital is part of Nuvance Health, which includes 7 hospitals/cancer centers and diagnoses approximately 4600 new cancer cases each year.
