• Certification Details
• Current NYS license in Radiologic Technology required, with injection certification
• ARRT Certification required, Computed Tomography preferred at hire or obtained within 24 months of hire
  • Job Details
  • The essential task of a CTTechnologist is operating computed tomography equipment and accessories.
  • Able to perform tube warm-ups and calibrations daily.
  • CT Technologists apply principles of radiation protection during exams to minimize unnecessary exposure.
  • Perform all CT examinations, CT biopsys, 3D renderings and reformations, etc.
  • A vast knowledge and understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, vascular anatomy and abnormal pathology is essential.
    • Job Requirements
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Education program
    • Current NYS license in Radiologic Technology required, with injection certification
    • ARRT Certification required, Computed Tomography preferred at hire or obtained within 24 months of hire
    • 2 or more years of experience as CT Technologist is preferred
    • Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
      • Schedule Information
      • On-call and holiday rotation assignments required as assigned
