Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Advisor to join their
Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a substantial volume of requisitions across multiple
functional areas
Deliver full life cycle recruitment, utilizing diverse sourcing
platforms
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job specifications and
candidate slates
Required Qualifications and Education
HS Diploma/GED with 10+ years or a BS/BA degree with 6+ years of
recruiting experience
Experience in cross-functional matrixed corporate environments
Proven track record in high-volume in-house recruiting
Direct knowledge of HR functional disciplines including
compensation and applicant tracking
Strong preference for local candidates, with flexibility on
location
