Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Enrollment Eligibility
Representative to manage member and group enrollments and provide
customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for enrollment tasks for assigned
group customers
Answer phone calls from members, providers, and group customers,
providing superior service
Maintain and update enrollment data in applicable systems based on
customer requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in customer service
Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Must reside within Central or Mountain Time zone
