Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist for
Absorb LMS to assist with the development and rollout of training
content for aviation software applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional content for e-learning courses
using Absorb LMS
Create engaging and interactive content, including quizzes and
multimedia elements
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure content aligns with
learning objectives and brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Absorb LMS and the Absorb Create tool
Familiarity with software simulations and interactive demos in
e-learning platforms
Strong instructional design skills for adapting technical content
into training materials
Experience with software training in complex systems, ideally in
aviation or similar fields
Knowledge of e-learning best practices and instructional design
principles
