Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our client's team in Albany, NY. This role is primarily based in an office building environment, where the individual will provide exceptional customer service, process finance and HR-related transactions, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner.Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to finance and HR service lines, applying this knowledge to handle transactions and customer requests accurately.
Process service-specific transactions in line with standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Serve as a customer service representative, answering approximately 50 calls per day and utilizing multiple state applications to verify customer information.
Manage written and telephone communications effectively, preparing and sending email correspondence to customers, vendors, program administrators, and others as needed.
Resolve complex processing errors and system-related issues, working to identify user needs and providing timely resolutions.
Analyze data and tackle complex auditing issues related to various business practices, including audit functions and related processes.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance service delivery.
Consistently provide high-quality customer service, ensuring positive interactions with all customers.

Experience and Qualifications:

A high school diploma/GED and three years of full-time experience processing business, finance, or human resource transactions.
OR 60 semester credit hours of college-level study.
OR 30 semester credit hours of college-level study and one year of experience stated above.
