Job Description:

Responsible for bulk sample collection of asbestos, lead and PCB samples, as well as other hazardous materials

Main Responsibilities

--- Performs field inspection activities including bulk sampling for asbestos, lead and PCB'S
--- Use and maintain inspection field equipment;
--- Meets with clients, reviews scope of work of the project;
--- Prepares chains of custody accurately and in a timely manner;
--- Submits sample count to customer for approval;
--- Notifies manager of any issues, changes or discrepancies that occurred in the field;
--- Submit all bulk samples to the appropriate laboratory;
--- Compiles all documents necessary for reporting;
--- Maintains licenses required by state regulations. Physical Requirements

This position is active and requires standing, walking and driving. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are dependent on client schedules. Evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand. Travel is also required as schedules demand, sometimes requiring out-of-town stays.
