Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Partner Enablement Specialist to
design and implement training programs for partner
organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Support partner enablement strategy by onboarding new partners and
providing ongoing training
Design and deliver engaging training content in collaboration with
subject matter experts
Monitor and track partner performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement
Required Qualifications
4+ years of partner enablement or sales enablement experience
Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems
Proven experience in designing and executing training programs
Strong project management skills for managing complex
initiatives
Data analysis capabilities to assess partner performance
