Job description: Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Area Supervisor or Planner, coordinates, and balances Production department workloads to prevent shortages or line stoppages.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Enters work orders into the Oracle System
Processes daily paperwork transactions
Reports any issues affecting production on a timely basis to Team Leads/Supervisor
Where necessary receives and issues stockroom materials to and from production.
Aids in physical inventories and cycle counting. Maintains, as a minimum, a 95% inventory accuracy.
Prepares packing slips for shipment of material to outside vendors
May be required to perform other related duties as required
Overtime mandatory.



Reqiured Skills and Abilities:

Good basic math skills.
Familiarity with Inventory Control & MRP systems.
Valid driver's license



Education and Experience:

High School Diploma
Forklift experience.
PC, Windows and Oracle experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 80 lbs. occasionally.
